My research work covers the field of Technology Management in the domains of business, education, and transportation. It aims to enhance digital integration at industry, academia, and community levels by comprehending the cognitive perspective of individuals (i.e., employees, consumers, students & citizens) towards digital transformation. My doctoral research work is based on the behavioural assessment of citizens towards widespread utilization of sensor technology that covers the smart mobility element of smart cities through updating and developing conventional theories and models into smart ones. It also incorporates IoT system research in the transportation sector towards practical and academic contributions. I have published numerous research works as empirical, theoretical, conceptual and review articles. These published papers are based on contemporary themes of Digital Transformation, Digital Competence, Smart Mobility, Service Quality, Facial Recognition, Public Transport, Cloud Computing, Informal Learning, and Talent Management. Quantitative analysis was primarily underlined for such publications through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Importance Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), and Sentiment Analysis.
