I am a geoscience postdoctoral research associate at the University of Oxford. My research focus is now on global carbon dioxide emissions from mountains. I have experienced research environments in several countries, including the Netherlands, Australia, Denmark and the UK and I am interested in applying my research to global development. I am the content editor for Geology for Global Development, an organisation raising the profile of international development in the geoscience community. I have written a series of articles on the future of geoscience applications in relation to the rise of globalisation in the Impakter Magazine.
