Currently, I’m working as a postdoctoral research associate at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi India. I have received my Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology from the University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, India. During the Ph.D., my research work focused on the Bio-fabrication of nanoparticles and check of their role in human colon cancer cell lines. I have expertise in drug delivery with the synthesis of drug-functionalized metallic (mono, bi, trimetallic), non-metallic (ZrO2, ZnO), polymeric (PLGA, PLA, Chitosan) coated nanoparticles, and different characterization techniques (HR-TEM, FE-SEM, AFM, FT-IR, XRD, BET & DLS). I’m extensively equipped in this area for the last seven years and have expertise in executing in vitro studies. Besides that, I am adept and well versed in writing research papers and grants and have technical skills in various molecular techniques including i.e. cell culture, cloning, gel electrophoresis, western blotting, RT-PCR, flow cytometry, ELISA, and their data interpretation.
